Signature Orthopedics Specialists Share Advice to Address Injuries

Signature Orthopedics recently partnered with SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital and the Arthritis Foundation to offer a free community event about overcoming fitness-related injuries. Orthopedic physicians Dr. Scott Zehnder and Dr. Vince Lai specifically addressed knee and shoulder issues as the most commonly affected body parts affected by high-impact workouts or interval training programs. 

19th Annual Chesterfield Turkey Trot

To "Beat The Butterball," 2,953 total Chesterfield residents again participated in the 19th annual Chesterfield Turkey Trot. This 5K run, with 2,693 runners, encompassed a 3.1-mile loop course from Chesterfield Parkway and around Chesterfield Mall. The 1K kids' fun run, with 260 participants, was a 0.62-mile loop course around Veterans Place Drive. Photos by Courtney O'Donnell

Marquette Theater Company Presented “Into the Woods”

What happens after Happily Ever After, after all? Chesterfield's Marquette High School Theatre Company students recently explained in this beloved musical retelling of the Grimm classics, through a parade of familiar folktale figures finding their way Into the Woods and trying to get home before dark.
