Love Where You Live Locally

The proof of satisfaction is truly in the varied details deliberately infused into the new Watermark at Chesterfield Village apartment complex. Some would even call it resort-style living!

A grand opening event and six-month anniversary celebration for Watermark was just held Aug. 8, after the official Jan. 16 opening.

“It’s a well-rounded community that we find is just what residents have been looking for, with one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment options,” says Donna Griffin, community manager of the development.

She says every home projects a modern, luxury ambiance, complete with granite countertops, wood vinyl flooring, dark wood cabinetry, over-sized islands and energy-efficient appliances.

“Residents of Watermark on Chesterfield Village enjoy membership to our onsite, ‘wow-worthy’ amenities, including a 24-hour health club, relaxing pool with cabanas, outdoor kitchen and courtyards with group lawn games, such as large Jenga and lawn bowling,” Donna adds.

Potential residents have seven different, spacious floor plans from which to choose at Watermark, many with 9-foot vaulted ceilings, gourmet kitchen bars, designer light fixtures and garden tubs. Additionally, they receive walk-in closets and full-size washers and dryers.

Donna says the on-site Starbucks Coffee bar, focus rooms and open-air, private courtyards are popular for hosting meetings and gatherings.

She adds that because they have on-site managers, residents have 24-hour package pickup and around-the-clock maintenance services as well.

The pool area also has custom grilling stations, and there is an outdoor fire pit area.

Concerned about renting with pets? No worries—Watermark at Chesterfield Village even included an on-site pet spa for convenient dog washes and pampering and allows two pets per apartment.

Many people like the handy location of these apartments, which is directly across Central Park and the Chesterfield Amphitheater. In addition to the city’s events, Watermark also organizes and hosts resident activities each month, such as free fitness classes. For example, Watermark recently hosted a pool party, with sponsors including Top Golf, Gym Guyz, Break/Well Wellness, Callier’s Catering, Naked Vine and Sauce on the Side.

For Celeste and Rick Cox, the Watermark location couldn’t fit their needs any better. Celeste says her parents live nearby in The Sheridan at Chesterfield, which means they can walk across parking lots and be at each other’s homes in about five minutes.

“When we first saw the floor plan options, we walked in and said ‘wow.’ It just has a light, airy feeling. After living in a townhome that was built in the 1930s, this was like getting a fresh start,” explains Celeste, who also likes the individualized trash pickup service there.

They moved into the complex at the end of March and say they’re enjoying the various amenities, the gorgeous courtyard, the clubhouse area and the friendly, pleasant staff. Because they travel, they confirmed they really appreciate being able to send packages to their address and know they are being received in a secure environment until their return.

“I like petting on our neighbors’ dog and getting to know people from all different walks of life at the monthly functions and activities. They’re great meet-and-greets,” Rick adds.

Children living at Watermark can attend award-winning Parkway School District schools. The location offers reserved options for both covered and garage parking. Parking on the lot is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Donna says she and her team are happy to schedule tours of available apartments seven days a week during office hours.
