Ever since Boutique Realty’s team moved their office to Chesterfield three years ago, they’ve spread strong roots and have been making a huge splash in the real estate market with their modern, technology-centered, creative and service-oriented approach to real estate sales.

Julie Pfeifer, Boutique Realty’s founder, owner and real estate broker, has offered highly specialized services and products to her sophisticated clientele for 15-plus years. She created Boutique Realty based on her strong desire to change the image of traditional real estate and to establish a more authentic approach. Her philosophy focuses on meeting the uniquely individual concerns of each client.

Julie launched her Boutique Realty brand in 2011 by leasing office space in Clayton, which she remodeled, and “Boutiqueified.” She and her team moved to Chesterfield Valley in 2014, and are located at 17269 Wild Horse Creek Road, Suite 210. Visitors to the office admire its barn-wood floors, plantation-style shutters, vaulted ceilings and contemporary décor.

They are members of the Home Builders Association, and also specialize in working with developers who build condos, lofts and custom homes in St. Louis City and County.

Boutique Realty associates also are known for their charity work through a program they created, called Boutique Gives Back. For every closing that occurs, they donate a portion of their commission proceeds to the charity of the month. Some of the charity recipients have been Stray Rescue of St. Louis, Our Lady’s Inn Maternity Home, Chad’s Coalition, Josh Seidel Memorial Foundation and Friends of Kids with Cancer.
